By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms and conditions set below. Please read through these terms carefully before placing your order and print a copy for future reference. Health Disclaimer 

Any statements on this site or any materials or supplements distributed or sold by 2E Nail Supply have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a history of heart conditions we suggest consulting with a physician before using any of our products. The results of all products are not typical and not everyone will experience these results. 

Automatic Renewal 

You (Customer) understand and acknowledge that you are signing up for a monthly subscription program. You have 10 day to return the product. If you feel the product is not for you or don’t want to be billed for the monthly shipments, call or email us within your 10 days from the day you sign up. If we do not hear from you, we will send you out your monthly subscription order. 

2E Organic may cancel your subscription or the AutoShip program at any time for any reason or for no reason. You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time by calling our customer service. Modifications or cancellation of your subscription must be received at least three (3) days prior to the next scheduled payment in order to take effect for that subscription period. Cancellations received less than three days prior to the next scheduled payment will take effect in the following subscription period. After cancellation you will receive a confirmation number as proof of your subscription being cancelled and your account being closed. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to keep a record of the cancellation number in the instance of a discrepancy or otherwise. You must provide current, complete, and accurate information for your billing account. You are responsible for ensuring this information is correct and must promptly update all information to keep your billing account current, complete, and accurate (such as a change in billing address, credit card number, or credit card expiration date). You must promptly notify us if your credit card is cancelled (for example, for loss or theft). Changes to such information can be made by contacting Customer Service.We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue the supply of the Product to any user at any time at our sole discretion.

Shipping Policy: 

All address must be correct at your own when purchase with 2E Nail Supply. We do not bare the cost for wrong address shipping. customer must provide the right address when checkout. we do not refund the amount if the address was wrong by you. customer most provided the correct and right address once checkout. we do not refund you the amount once you provide the wrong address. please make sure to provide the right address once you check out. 

Return Policy & Exchange:

At 2E Nail Supply, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If unsatisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receipt (with specific exclusions). Please send pictures of damaged items and the order invoice to our email address: info@2enailsupply.com or contact your sales representative.

    • A 25% Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund, which covers 2 ways shipping, handling, and insurance fee. Some exclusions may apply.

    • The item must be in the same condition unless defective when sold. "Like new" means undamaged, unused, and in the same condition that you received it 

    • 2E Nail Supply reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in like new condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. 

    • Certain items are not returnable, designated Buy 1 Get 1 or as Final Sale on the item's  

How to Make a Return

    2. SEND BY MAIL

pack your return securely, and include your printed invoice. We will send you the return shipping Lable.

 Drop it Off at a near FedEx Store.

This TOS contains the entire understanding between you and us regarding the use of the WebSite and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings between you and us relating thereto. 

Applicable Law State of Georgia 

These terms of service, and furthermore, the use of 2E Nail Supply shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Georgia and consequently the laws of the United States. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to the use of 2E Nail Supply. You agree that any claim brought to enforce a provision of this TOS or any order shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Gwinnett County, Georgia. You agree that you are responsible for all collection costs, attorney’s fees, and interest which shall accrue on balances over 30 days past due in the amount of 1.5% per month. You further agree that any free product or discounted product which is subject to a chargeback that remains unpaid more than 30 days after a written demand for payment is sent shall be subject to payment for the full retail value as set forth in the invoice.
